Llandudno Cable Cars
The cable car runs along the Great Orme spanning a distance of one mile forty feet (1.622 km) exactly. The cable car was opened in summer 1969, and has been operational ever since. The cabins give views of the Irish Sea looking over to Rhyl and the Isle of Man, as well as the Snowdonia National Park. There are currently 20 cabins in service, which leave each station at approximately one-minute intervals. The cabins are painted in red, yellow, orange, light blue and purple. The cable car is now owned by Kinetics Industrial Ltd. The highest point from the ground is around 80 feet (24.38 m). Nine pylons support the cable.

Llandudno Pier
Llandudno Pier is a Grade II* listed pier. At 2,295 feet (700 m), the pier is the longest in Wales and the fifth longest in England and Wales. In 2005, was voted "Pier of the Year 2005" by the members of the National Piers Society.

Great Orme Tramway
The Great Orme Tramway is Britain’s only cable-hauled public road tramway and has been delighting visitors from near and far since it opened on July 31st 1902.
The Tramway climbs a mile (1500m) high up the Great Orme Country Park and Nature Reserve with the unique journey beginning at Victoria Station then climbing to the Halfway Station exhibition, where you can discover the history of the fascinating funicular and view the Victoria engineering. Change trams at the Halfway Station and continue your journey to the Summit where the views are breath-taking!
On a clear day, it’s possible to see as far as the Isle of Man, Blackpool and the Lake District!
The tramcars have been lovingly restored over the years and you will be re-living the experience of travel more than 100 years ago in the original tramcars, each named after a Saint.

Bronze Age Mine
A visit to Great Orme Mines is both a thought provoking and educational experience which can be enjoyed by children and adults of all ages.
Walking through tunnels mined out over 3,500 years ago gives visitors a feel for the harsh conditions our prehistoric ancestors faced in their search for copper.
Returning to the surface, follow the pathways around the surface excavations. View the opencast mine, see how our ancestors turned rock into metal at the smelting shelter and peer down the 145 metre deep Victorian mine shaft
You also will tour the opencast part of the mine which is the oldest part of the site, mined over 4,000 years ago.

Welsh Mountain Zoo
The Welsh Mountain Zoo is set in North Wales, high above Colwyn Bay with panoramic views and breathtaking scenery; its beautiful gardens are home to this caring conservation zoo. Conwy Castle
Conwy Castle is a medieval fortification in Conwy, on the north coast of Wales. It was built by Edward I, during his conquest of Wales, between 1283 and 1289. Constructed as part of a wider project to create the walled town of Conwy, the combined defences cost around £15,000, a huge sum for the period.

Venue Cymru
In July 2005 the Arcadia theatre was demolished to make way for an atrium and meeting and conference rooms adjoining with the North Wales Theatre and Conference Centre. The building was also extended to the west. After the redevelopment, the venue hosted a new 1,550 square metres (16,700 sq ft) arena, capable of hosting 1,800 seated, or 2,500 standing people, increasing the overall capacity of the venue to over 5,000 people. The western extension incorporated a café, restaurant and a box office, as well as office space.[1]
The redevelopment cost £10.7 million,

Port Eirias
Porth Eirias is an impressive and iconic new build development right at the heart of the new promenade improvements in Colwyn Bay.
A centre for the whole community and visitors alike, Porth Eirias offers a modern outdoor children's playground; sailing, windsurfing, powerboat and even paddleboard classes at Colwyn Bay Watersports, modern, comfortable changing facilities, and impressive state of the art meeting and event space that wows with idyllic views over the sea.
Summer 2015 has also seen the centre become home to a bistro designed and developed by Welsh Celebrity Chef Bryn Williams.

Punch and Judy
The longest running Punch and Judy show is located next to the pier on the Promenade. For over 150 years the Codman family have been entertaining families with their performances.
Daily shows take place between Easter and September at weekends and school holidays (weather permitting). Performances times are displayed outside.

Alice in Wonderland Trail
The Alice in Wonderland town trail, map and souvenir guide is available for purchase from the Tourist Information Centre.
Explore Llandudno, whilst discovering the connections of Alice Liddell (the real Alice in Wonderland) who lived in the resort in the 1860’s .
Starting at the Tourist Information Centre and using the map as your guide, follow 55 bronze cast Rabbit footprints around the trail.
A fun day out with lots of photo opportunities, discover a plethora of Alice in Wonderland sculptures dotted around the town. The tour takes you past the Town Hall, into Madoc Street with curio shops and art galleries onto the Promenade and into the beautiful Happy Valley. Here you can relax, picnic and enjoy a scavenger hunt.
